EDU.XLSX

Bring me the mess. I'll sort it out.

I build websites and systems that help people and businesses solve everyday problems.

Message me on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab)

I'm Eduardo Bernardi, aka Edu.xlsx. I take what's scattered across your business, like spreadsheets, messages and repetitive tasks, and turn it into websites and systems that are easy to use.

Who I am. A developer based in Brazil, trained in systems analysis. Before drawing a single screen, I get to know the problem and how people actually work. And I take care of security from day one.

What I do. Websites, custom systems, bots that handle repetitive tasks, and links between tools that don't talk to each other. I also fix and improve systems you already have.

Who it's for. People and small businesses losing time to spreadsheets, paperwork and copy-paste. You don't need to know any tech terms: just tell me in your own words.

How to reach me. WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) is fastest: +55 65 99644-7775. I'm also on Instagram (opens in a new tab), LinkedIn (opens in a new tab) and GitHub (opens in a new tab), where my open projects live.

Most of my work for companies is private. These are my open projects, which you can see in full.

The snippets come from each project's own interface and code. For the bots, the messages were rebuilt from their code.

Problems I solve

Problems I solve and what I build for each one
When… I build Contact
The business lives in scattered spreadsheets A custom system with everything in one place Talk about this: Custom systems
Your work is good, but your website doesn't show it A fast website that works on phones, with a button to reach you Talk about this: Websites
Someone spends the day copying and pasting Links between tools, so information moves on its own Talk about this: Tools that talk to each other
Repetitive tasks eat hours every week Simple bots that reply, remind and organize for you Talk about this: Bots for repetitive work
Nobody can use the system without help Clear screens people get the first time Talk about this: Screens that are easy to use
The old system breaks with every change Fixes and upgrades that don't break what works Talk about this: Looking after what you have
  1. First, we talk.

You tell me about the problem in your own words, no tech terms. I keep asking until I know what “solved” means to you.

  2. Then, piece by piece.

I build in stages and show you each one working. Changes happen along the way, not at the end.

  3. Finally, it's yours.

I hand it over ready to use and explain how it works. If you want, I keep looking after it.

I go by Edu.xlsx because that's what I do: I take what's scattered and put it in order. I start with the problem and the people, not the screen. Much of what I've built for companies is private; my open work is on GitHub, for anyone to see how I work.

Tell me about your mess.

It will arrive like this: “Hi Edu! I saw your website. My situation: I need a website.”
